5. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

6. Digital Access and Delivery

All patterns are delivered digitally via email with instant access after checkout. You will receive a unique link to your interactive digital canvas that can be accessed from any device with an internet connection.

If physical printed patterns are offered in the future, they would be available as optional add-ons. Physical items, if offered, would initially ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping times would vary by location and shipping method selected. We would not be responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

7. Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products and small team, we do not accept returns. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee in store credit. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for in store credit. We will address any issues with your order on a case by case basis. We have a very small team and want to do our best to make you happy, your patience is appreciated.

8. Limitation of Liability

PhotoToStitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
