By accessing and using PhotoToStitch ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

PhotoToStitch provides a service that transforms digital photographs into cross-stitch and needlepoint patterns. The Service includes:

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• •Not upload images containing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any images you upload to our Service. By uploading an image, you grant PhotoToStitch a limited license to process, store, and use the image solely for the purpose of providing the Service. With prior approval, or profile configurations, PhotoToStitch may showcase certain pattern publicly on the website or social media to promote PhotoToStitch and community engagement.

The patterns, algorithms, and technology used by PhotoToStitch are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

6. Digital Access and Delivery

All patterns are delivered digitally via email with instant access after checkout. You will receive a unique link to your interactive digital canvas that can be accessed from any device with an internet connection.

If physical printed patterns are offered in the future, they would be available as optional add-ons. Physical items, if offered, would initially ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping times would vary by location and shipping method selected. We would not be responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

7. Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products and small team, we do not accept returns. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee in store credit. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for in store credit. We will address any issues with your order on a case by case basis. We have a very small team and want to do our best to make you happy, your patience is appreciated.

8. Limitation of Liability

PhotoToStitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

10. Partner Program

If you join the Photo2Stitch partner program, the Partner Program Terms also apply to you. They cover your codes and share link, how commission is earned and reversed, payouts, how you must disclose the partnership when you share, and what isn't allowed.

If you buy with a partner's code or link, the partner earns a commission on your order. They see that a code was used and what they earned; they never see who you are or what you paid.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
