Partner Program Terms

You apply from the Partner program tab of your Photo2Stitch account, or we may invite you. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live and give us accurate details about yourself and where you share.

Being accepted doesn't make you an employee, agent or representative of Photo2Stitch. You're an independent partner, and the program isn't exclusive on either side.

When you're accepted we create a pattern code, a membership code, a free trial code and a share link for you. They're yours personally: don't sell, transfer or let someone else run them as their own.

Stitchers who use your pattern or membership code, or who arrive through your share link, get the discount shown in your dashboard (currently 10% off single patterns and packs, and 10% off the first month of a membership). The share link applies your code automatically for 30 days on that browser. The trial code unlocks one full pattern free and has a fixed number of uses; when they're used up we may top it up on request, but we don't have to.

You earn the commission rate shown in your dashboard (currently 10%) on the amount a customer actually pays, after their discount, for a pattern, pack or membership bought with your code or through your share link. For memberships you earn on each paid month for the number of months shown in your dashboard (currently 12) from the start of that membership.

An order earns commission for one partner only. If a customer uses more than one partner's code or link, the code used at checkout decides. Orders on your own account, or on accounts you control, don't earn commission.

If a customer is refunded or a payment is disputed, the commission on that order is reversed. If it was already paid to you, we may deduct it from a later payout.

We can change rates or discounts for future orders by telling you at least 14 days in advance by email or in your dashboard. Changes never reduce commission already earned.

We pay commission twice a month, on or around the 1st and the 15th, once your earned, unpaid commission reaches $20. Smaller balances roll over, and any commission older than 60 days is paid on the next payout date whatever the amount. Payouts go to the payout method you set in your partner dashboard; we aren't responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout details.

You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn. We may ask for tax information (for example a W-9 or W-8 form) before paying, and may hold payouts until we have it.

Say it's a partner link. Wherever you share your link or code, make it clear and easy to see that you have a commercial relationship with Photo2Stitch, for example "partner link", "I earn a commission" or #ad. This is required by the advertising rules in most countries (in the US, the FTC's Endorsement Guides) and by most platforms.

Be accurate. Only say things about Photo2Stitch that are true and that you've seen yourself. Don't promise results, prices or features we don't offer.

Not allowed: posting codes to coupon or deal aggregator sites; bidding on "Photo2Stitch" or close variations in paid search ads; spam, unsolicited bulk messages or fake accounts; incentivising people to sign up or buy in ways that aren't a genuine recommendation (for example paying them to use your code); and presenting yourself as Photo2Stitch or as speaking for us.

You may use our name and logo to refer to us, and the images and clips we provide in the dashboard, in content about Photo2Stitch. Don't alter our logo or use it in a way that suggests we endorse something we don't.

Your dashboard shows how many times your codes and link were used and what you earned on each order. It never shows who bought or what they paid. We use your name, handle and the information in your application to run the program, and may mention you as a partner (for example on our site) only with your permission.

You can leave at any time by emailing us. We can end your participation at any time with notice, or immediately if you break these terms. When the partnership ends, your codes and link stop working. We'll pay commission earned on valid orders up to that date, except where it was earned by breaking these terms, in which case it's forfeited.

The program and your dashboard are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission owed to you for the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms. We'll tell you about material changes by email or in your dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing in the program after that means you accept them.
